A brand new pre-owned prepress, printing press and bindery and finishing equipment supplier has been established in Tokai near Cape Town, South Africa, by industry veteran Palle Hesthaven, who is well-known throughout the local printing and graphic arts industry which he has served for more than 30 years. Hesthaven is now using his vast experience and knowledge to provide local printers with ‘best of breed’ pre-owned equipment to enable them to keep ahead of the competition.

Hesthaven has extensive knowledge and experience of the market in South Africa in prepress, press, post press and finishing, as a former managing director of EAC Graphics from the time of its founding in the mid-seventies in Johannesburg, and then with Hoechst, before going on to establish Graphic Technologies in the late eighties with former partner Bjarne Aaris, until Graphic Technologies was eventually sold to Thunderbolt Solutions.
