Renz has launched its new Website

FULL STORY
How do you see it? Mostly, if you want to inform yourself about a product, your first way is to look on the Internet for possible suppliers. The advantages to obtain information in such a way are obvious: it is quick, without any obligation and quite comfortable.

Renz, with its headquarters in Heubach, Southern Germany, meets exactly these requirements for its potential and existing customers with its new Website which is designed to give the user quick, current and extensive information.

With an orderly navigation - clearly marked with colour codes for the different product groups - the user is systematically directed to detailed information on Renz's extensive product range. If the visitor of the Website is overwhelmed with technical 'gobbledygook' of punching, binding and laminating, they will find simple explanations in the glossary of the ‘Help’ button. This glossary will be extended in the future and supported by pictures.

Moreover, you will now be able to see the faces of your direct partners. If you click the button ‘Personal contact / Departments’ under ‘Renz Group’, you will find all employees with outward contact listed with their personal data. This enables you to directly contact the person responsible for your specific request. In addition to providing information, Renz mainly wants to improve direct communication and dialogue with this new Website. At present, the Website is online in English and German but will soon be available in French and Spanish. Moreover, Renz want to integrate a professional newsletter system so to encourage dialogues between internal and external partners.

The future ‘Marketing-Pool’ in the protected area under ‘Download & Support’ is mainly intended for subsidiary companies, worldwide representations and specialised dealers supporting them in their daily advertisement activities.

Any feedback and suggestions for improvements are most welcome! Visit: www.renz.com.
